1. Our Guarantee

We provide a 100% money-back guarantee if your order is not delivered as promised. We take every order seriously and want every customer to be satisfied with our service.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

✅ You are eligible for a refund in the following cases:

Order was not started within 24 hours of placement.
Order was not delivered to the specified quantity.
Significant drop in upvotes within 7 days of delivery (we will investigate).
Duplicate charge or technical payment error.
Service was unavailable and order could not be fulfilled.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

❌ Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

Order has been successfully delivered as requested.
You provided an incorrect or private Reddit link.
Your Reddit account or post was deleted, banned, or made private after ordering.
For Post/Comment Downvotes: the post/comment was older than 24 hours at the time of ordering.
Change of mind after order has started processing.
Account balance top-ups (unused balance is non-refundable).

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact us within 7 days of your order date.
Provide your Order ID and a description of the issue.

We will review your request and respond within 24 hours.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be:

Credited back to your UpvoteWorld account balance, OR
Refunded via the original payment method (processing time may vary).

Cryptocurrency refunds may be subject to network fees.

6. Re-delivery Option

In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer to re-deliver your order at no additional cost. We will always discuss the best solution with you.
